In an effort to provide a better standard of living for our people, new housing projects are being constructed in all regions. In Beshariq district, the construction of multi-story buildings is progressing, with the development of the “Yangi Fayzobod” residential area underway. Currently, 11 buildings with 5 and 7 stories, comprising 626 apartments, are being built, with three already completed and handed over to residents.
The Governor of the region visited the construction site, issuing instructions to ensure the creation of convenient infrastructure and to pay attention to construction quality.
Plans for the coming year include the construction of six more buildings with 300 apartments, along with a school, kindergarten, and hotel. Additionally, 30 retail stores are currently under construction.
During the visit, there was also a presentation of the new Tourism Street, which is being developed on Shabboda Street in the Yangi Hayot neighborhood of the district center.
