The Governor of Fergana region, Khayrullo Bozorov, along with district sector leaders, visited Beshariq district to review ongoing projects in the fields of industry, entrepreneurship, and employment.
At the “Beshariq To’qimachi Group” LLC, a project for the production of cotton yarn has been launched, creating 250 new jobs. The regional leader inspected the operations and issued instructions to increase production volumes and boost exports.
The former “Magnat” factory, which had been idle, is now undergoing modernization with a $6 million investment. Modern equipment has been installed, focusing on improving both productivity and product quality. The factory, which started operations in March this year, has an annual capacity of 3,000 tons of cotton yarn, with products being exported abroad.
In the Fayzobod neighborhood, “Miolar Testil” LLC is producing knitwear products. This factory, launched by a Russian investor, employs 120 women, with products currently being exported to CIS countries. Efforts are underway to expand exports to the United States and Europe.
The governor reviewed the activities of the factory and emphasized the importance of implementing new projects and increasing job opportunities.
In the Hunarmandlar Center, located in the Yangi Hayot neighborhood, “Avilon Textile” has started producing knitwear products, employing 40 women. Additionally, in the Bostan neighborhood, “Drujba Shoes” LLC has launched a footwear production project, with its products in high demand in the domestic market.
Governor Bozorov inspected these projects and provided recommendations to entrepreneurs to further expand their operations, while paying special attention to the quality and affordability of the products.
