New Modern Building of “Uzdaverloyikha” Institute Opened in Fergana CityA new modern building of the Fergana branch of the “Uzdaverloyikha” State Scientific and Design Institute, part of the Ministry of Agriculture, has been constructed and inaugurated in the “New Uzbekistan” residential area in Fergana City.
The opening ceremony was attended by the regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov, Minister of Agriculture Ibrahim Abdurahmonov, heads of regional sectors, employees of the system, and labor veterans.
Speakers at the event emphasized that significant reforms are underway in the agricultural sector, just as in every other field. It was noted that land is a national wealth, and the establishment of accurate accounting for it and its effective utilization are crucial tasks where this institution plays a vital role. Special attention was drawn to the creation of comfortable conditions for employees in the building, which was constructed at a cost of 10 billion soums.
Wishes were expressed for the new administrative building to contribute to the development of the country and particularly to the prospects of land management.
A ceremonial ribbon was cut, and guests were able to familiarize themselves with the facilities created for employees in the new modern building.
This branch will engage in land management across the region, conduct geobotanical research in pastures, plan land plots for agricultural purposes, organize auctions, prepare project documentation for changing land fund categories, calculate normative values for taxing agricultural lands, and monitor agricultural lands and crops using unmanned aerial vehicles. Additionally, it will carry out activities in the doctoral program.
