In the city of Fergana, an international call center specializing in outsourcing services has been launched by “Audiotele.” Khayrullo Bozorov, the Governor of the region, visited the newly established center to familiarize himself with its operations.
Significant attention is being devoted to the development of digital technologies in our region, implementing forward-looking projects, and advancing the export of IT services. Currently, the number of IT Park residents has exceeded one hundred, with twenty companies actively exporting their services.
The center established by “Audiotele,” a leader in call center outsourcing services operating in the Russian Federation, is one of the promising IT projects in our region. Located on Alisher Navoi Street, the center currently employs 60 young specialists, a figure expected to grow to 110 by the end of the year. This year, the center aims to generate $4 million in service exports.
Company Director Dmitry Faleyev provided the Governor with information on the ongoing activities and the facilities created at the center. With contact centers across several Russian cities and a workforce of over 4,000 employees, “Audiotele” established “Voice Solutions VB” LLC in 2022, which now operates as a resident of Uzbekistan’s IT Park. The company specializes in exporting BPO (business process outsourcing) call center services.
The Governor recommended expanding youth engagement in the IT sector, organizing training courses, and diversifying service offerings at the center.
