As part of his official visit to the People’s Republic of China, Governor of Fergana Region Khayrullo Bozorov visited the cities of Luoyang and Xinxiang in Henan Province, where he held meetings with the leadership of “Shi Ying Machinery” and “Luoyang” companies – recognized producers of modern agricultural and road construction machinery.

“Shi Ying Machinery” specializes in the production of various models of tractors, while “Luoyang” manufactures road and agricultural equipment, including tractors ranging from 50 to 300 horsepower. These companies are among China’s leading manufacturers in their field. Currently, they are also developing electric tractors using the latest technological innovations.

During the visit, it was agreed to launch the production of new-generation tractors in the Fergana Region. In cooperation with Chinese partners, a tractor manufacturing plant will be established in the industrial zone of Kuvasoy City. The total cost of the project is estimated at 100 million USD, with the first phase involving an investment of 30 million USD.

It is planned that by the end of 2025, several models of tractors will be produced under a new national brand, the design and branding of which have been developed jointly with the Fergana regional administration. A formal presentation of the brand will be held in Fergana.

Following the meeting, both sides agreed on a detailed roadmap for the phased implementation of the project and the start of practical cooperation.
