Fergana to Train Qualified Specialists for the German Labor Market Governor of Fergana Region Khayrullo Bozorov held a meeting in Berlin with Max Reumschüssel, Director of Simson Private Akademie. The discussion focused on organizing training programs in Fergana Region to prepare qualified specialists in line with the demands of the German labor market. As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to establish a vocational training center in the city of Fergana with the support of Simson Private Akademie and to facilitate the employment of graduates in Germany. Governor Bozorov also met with Matthias Freiling, Director of GfM Group, where they discussed training youth in professions that are in high demand in Germany. Agreements were also reached with the Wegweiser Training Center, currently operating in Fergana Region, to expand cooperation in vocational education and the international employment of graduates. At the conclusion of the meetings, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Fergana Regional Administration, Simson Private Akademie, GfM Group, and Erfurt Bildungszentrum (EBZ).
