Governor of Fergana Region Khayrullo Bozorov received a delegation led by Chen Minbo, Director of the Chinese company Hunan Zhongwei Group. As previously reported, during earlier meetings with Hunan Zhongwei Group, negotiations were held on launching a range of promising projects in various sectors and establishing mutually beneficial cooperation in the region. At today’s meeting, held at the regional administration, the parties discussed steps to move these plans into the practical implementation phase. In the course of the open dialogue, an agreement was reached to establish a Fergana–Foshan Industrial Logistics Zone in the region. In addition, the investors proposed projects in the tourism sector and plans to build a modern hotel. At the conclusion of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Fergana Regional Government and Hunan Zhongwei Group.
